To Make Your Reservation:

For your convenience, we invite you to call us toll free during our normal business hours or to book online anytime!
Call 1-800-388-6000 between 8 AM and 9 PM Eastern Time and we will be happy to take your reservation. Or, if you prefer, use our safe and secure online reservation system anytime! Just click here and complete the short form.

A deposit is required to finalize your reservation. For your convenience,  we are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for your deposit. When you are ready to check out, we are happy to accept those same credit cards, your personal check or cash.

Confirmation:

Within 24 hours of completing your reservation you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. Please be sure to read your confirmation carefully to insure that the dates of your stay and your room choice are correct.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to refund your deposit minus a $25 fee with 2 weeks notice. Should you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice or depart earlier than your scheduled departure, you are responsible for full reservation charges.

Other important information:

• Check in times are after 3 pm and before 6 pm.

• Arrangement can be made for later arrivals; please call to make those arrangements in advance!

• Check out is at 11 am

• Off street parking for all our guests is available

• Bicycle storage available upon request

• Our property is completely non-smoking for the health and safety of all our guests and staff.

• Special dietary needs are not an issue for us....just let us know when you make your reservation!

• Pet accommodations are for small dogs only with prior arrangement in certain rooms. A damage deposit is required.

• Children are welcome in appropriate rooms - please ask.
